I purchased Men's Cotton Casual Shirt for Men Full Sleeves (RS. 1,099.00) with order id – TLMC7464 on 5 January 2020. I made online payment through PayUMoney payment gate way via Google Pay UPI. I contact to get my tracking id and details on help@replytrend.in and hello@theluckymen.co.in but did not receive any response from their end. And then i got a parcel from Ekart Logistics on 09 January 2020. But the product is totally different and very poor quality, not as shown on website.

When i received the product we got a fake customer care Number that is 8447215464. And when i dialled The Lucky Men Customer Support Number (8447215464), I noticed that this is fake and spam number that is marked as spam by many users already. I tried to contact many times on this number but not get any response. The Lucky Men Customer Care Number Profiles made by Name Vikas Chaturvedi Fraud. Below is snapshot -

I also tried to contact on facebook page The Lucky Men and comment on post of this product but they not respond. And suddenly i got another negative review on Facebook page of Consumer Complaints Court –
I ordered denim shirts at 999 and my order number is TLMC4015 and company gstin number is GSTIN: 06ABFGA1000M1ZN. I ordered 3 denim shirts as per their website, but they sent me some cheap shirts. I even tried to complaint about that by sending multiple emails on help@replytrend.in but it never got delivered. I m fed up and I need a refund from them at the earliest. Thank u.
